Today’s burger comes from the Pink Cabana. For a $22 burger, it needed to be incredible.
Bun: 3. Large and overwhelming. Threw the ratio off by drying out the burger. Very little flavor added.
Patty: 2. Ordered medium, delivered well done. Little flavor, rather dry.
Toppings: 3. Tasty pickled onions and pickles with shredded lettuce. No secret sauce to even out the dryness of the bun and patty.
Flavor: 3. Lacking flavor, overall.
Presentation: 2. At this cost, it needed to be phenomenal, instead it was rather disappointing.
Bonus points (not included in the overall score): 5 for ambiance. Beautiful setting.
